- Join our Discord and pick the channel for your product. That is the fastest path to community answers and team visibility.
- Why do products live on different sites?
- Each product needs its own pace and surface. The main domain is the brand hub (story, blog, and discovery) while product subdomains host the full experience.
- Are products free?
- Core value is free. Optional extras may have a small price only when they cost us to run, and we keep those charges as low as possible.
- Can I request a feature?
- Yes. Share ideas in Discord. We prioritize based on real workflow pain, not volume alone.
- Is there email support?
- You can reach us at admin@humnod.com. For day-to-day product questions, Discord is preferred.
