HumNod runs two lanes. Our product constellation (Voicly, Budgetly, and the rest) keeps core value free. Custom projects for clients are different: they are paid commissions, scoped to your business, and never billed as free product installs.

Pricing
How we charge for custom work
We price the project as a whole. The quote reflects how many components and features your system needs, plus the support burden we take on for bugs and defects after delivery. Larger scope means more build cost and more support surface; both are factored into the number you see, not hidden later as surprise free work.
What drives the quote
- ComponentsDistinct surfaces and modules (admin console, customer portal, mobile app, reporting, integrations). Each component expands design, build, and test effort.
- FeaturesConcrete capabilities inside those components (roles, workflows, inventory, invoicing, tracking, permissions). We count and prioritise them with you before we lock scope.
- Bug-fix supportPost-launch support for defects in the delivered work is not free-for-life product support. We size a support window and response level into the project price so fixing real bugs is planned, not an afterthought.
- Change and growthNew features after launch are new scope. We quote them the same way: components, features, and the support they add, so the relationship stays clear and fair.

Support
What custom support covers
For commissioned systems, support means help with the system we built for you, under the terms of your project agreement. That is separate from public product support on Discord for free-core tools.
- Defects in delivered workBugs that break agreed behaviour in the scoped release are handled under the project support terms factored into your price.
- Agreed response windowWe define how long active bug-fix support runs and how urgent issues are prioritised before kickoff, not after something breaks.
- Not free product supportPublic free-core channels (Discord, product FAQs) are for HumNod products. Your custom system has its own contact path and agreement.
- Enhancements are new workFeature requests outside the original scope are quoted as follow-on work using the same component and feature model.
