Voicly - Terms of use
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of Voicly, a HumNod product.
The service
Voicly is a HumNod product (Voice notes that turn into clear text). By using Voicly you agree to these terms of use.
Capture thoughts out loud, transcribe on-device, and keep searchable voice notes without the clutter. Built for people who think faster than they type — Microsoft Store and Chrome extension for everyone; enterprise Windows installer on request.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the product to break the law, infringe rights, or harm others.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer with intent to abuse, or disrupt the service.
- Do not misrepresent HumNod or the product’s output as official advice where it is not (for example legal, medical, or financial advice).
- You are responsible for content you create, import, or process and for having the rights to use it.
Accounts and access
Some products may work fully offline with no account. Others may offer optional sign-in or cloud features later. Where an account exists, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
Pricing
Core value is free where we can sustain it. Optional extras may carry a low charge only when they cost us to run. Published pricing on the product site or store listing controls any paid features.
No warranty
Voicly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Verify critical output, keep backups of important data, and do not rely on the product as a substitute for professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HumNod is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the product.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
