Most software monetizes by locking the useful part behind a wall. We do the opposite.
The rule
- Core value is free. The product should already feel excellent without paying.
- Extras exist only when they cost us. Storage, heavy compute, or paid third-party rails.
- Even then, price near cost. Bare to nothing is the target, not a slogan.
Why this works
Trust compounds. People try, stay, and tell others. The main domain blog, Discord support, and product constellation all reinforce the same promise: quality first, pricing last.
What this is not
It is not a bait-and-switch freemium game. If a feature is essential to the job, it belongs in the free core.
