Rotly - Privacy note
Last updated: July 2026
Rotly helps teams plan rotas and handoffs. Roster data you enter is used to run the product for you - not to sell advertising profiles.
What we process
- Shift patterns, role names, and scheduling notes you enter to build rotas.
- If accounts or team workspaces are enabled, email or workspace identifiers needed to sign in and collaborate.
- Server logs may include technical metadata (for example IP, timestamps) to keep the service reliable and secure when the product is hosted online.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your rota data to advertisers.
- We do not use staff schedules for unrelated profiling.
Your responsibilities
If you manage a team workspace, you are responsible for lawful processing of colleagues’ names and shifts under rules that apply to your organisation (for example employment and data-protection law).
Retention and deletion
You can delete rotas and workspace data you control inside the product where the feature exists. Contact us if you need help closing an account.
Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date on this page. We will not weaken the core privacy promises without a clear, dated revision.
