Bookly - Privacy note
Last updated: July 2026
Bookly stores clients and appointments so you can run a service diary. Booking data is used to provide the product - not sold as advertising data.
What we process
- Client names, contact details, appointment times, and notes you enter.
- Availability and service settings you configure.
- If cloud sync or multi-device accounts ship, credentials and synced diary data needed to deliver that feature.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your client list to third parties.
- We do not use appointment contents for advertising networks.
Your responsibilities
You are the controller of your client relationships. Collect only what you need, tell clients how you use their details, and honour local privacy rules that apply to your business.
Deletion
Delete clients and appointments in-app when you no longer need them. Uninstall removes on-device copies; request account closure for any cloud workspace we host.
Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date on this page. We will not weaken the core privacy promises without a clear, dated revision.
