Scanly captures and cleans documents on your device. Scans, signatures, and PDFs stay under your control; HumNod does not receive your documents for core scanning.
Documents and images
Camera capture, edge detection, OCR, signatures, and PDF export run on your device or in your browser session. Document images are not uploaded to HumNod for the default scan workflow.
Permissions
- Camera - used when you scan pages.
- Storage / files - used when you open or export PDFs you choose.
- Optional signature input stays with the document you save.
Exports and sharing
When you export or share a PDF, the destination is yours (email, cloud drive, messaging). HumNod does not sit in that path unless a future optional cloud feature is clearly offered and accepted.
Analytics and tracking
No advertising trackers on your document contents. Any future aggregate analytics will be disclosed here without file contents.
Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date on this page. We will not weaken the core privacy promises without a clear, dated revision.
