Invoicly - Privacy note

Invoicly helps you create and track invoices. Invoice content you enter is used to generate documents and payment status - not to build advertising profiles.
What we process
- Business details, client details, line items, tax fields, and payment status you enter.
- Templates and preferences stored for the product.
- If you send invoices by email or link, delivery metadata needed for that send path (and any provider required to deliver mail).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your invoice ledger or client list.
- We do not use invoice line items for third-party advertising.
Payments
If payment links or processors are integrated later, card data is handled by the payment provider under their terms - not stored as full card numbers on HumNod systems.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices and for tax and accounting compliance in your jurisdiction. Invoicly is a tool, not an accountant.
Deletion
Delete invoices and clients in-app when appropriate. Uninstall removes local copies; contact us to close any hosted account.
Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date on this page. We will not weaken the core privacy promises without a clear, dated revision.
