Bably - Privacy note

What is stored, and where

• Child profile and care logs (feeds, diapers, sleep, pumping, medications, vaccinations, temperatures, growth, teeth, appointments, and notes) are stored on your device by default.
• If you create an account, your logs sync to our hosted database over encrypted connections so they follow you across devices.
• Optional parent wellness entries and app preferences (units, reminders) are stored the same way.
• Account sign-in stores your email address and, depending on provider, your display name and profile image.

Caregiver sharing

You can share a live view of the day's care log with caregivers such as grandparents or babysitters. Sharing happens only when you start it and ends when you close the session.

Permissions

• Notifications (optional) - reminders for feeds, medications, and appointments are scheduled locally on your device.
• Exports - PDF summaries (for example for your pediatrician) are generated on your device and shared only where you choose.

What we do not do

• No advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No selling or renting of your or your child's information.
• No use of care logs to build advertising profiles.

Children's privacy

Bably is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children. Information about a child is entered and controlled by their parent or caregiver. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Deletion

Delete individual entries in-app at any time. Uninstalling removes on-device data. Contact us to delete your account and synced data from our servers.

Changes

If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date on this page. We will not weaken the core privacy promises without a clear, dated revision.
